Evaluation of the Effect of Implementing Situational Simulation Target Teaching in Clinical Teaching of Practice Nurses in the Department of Nephrology
Objective:To explore the application effect of situational simulation target teaching in the clinical teaching process of practice nurses in the Department of Nephrology.Methods:A total of 126 practice nurses from the Department of Nephrology,Deyang People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the practice batch,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching mode,and the study group was given situational simulation target teaching.The test scores,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared after implementation.Results:After implementation,the test scores of nursing theory,nursing procedure,basic nursing operation and specialized nursing operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group(t=13.466,8.053,9.113,13.911;P<0.05).The teaching quality scores of practice nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group in self-learning,professional emotion,communication,teamwork and problem solving,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.332,13.082,15.314,3.323,11.056;P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group(93.65%)was higher than that of the control group(61.90%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=18.367,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of situational simulation target teaching in the clinical teaching process of practice nurses in the Department of Nephrology can improve the assessment results of practice nurses,promote the teaching quality,and improve the teaching satisfaction of practice nurses.
