摘要
目的:为深入了解黑龙江省养老机构衰弱老年人长期照护需求,提高养老机构对衰弱老年人照护服务能力提供参考.方法:采用目的抽样法,选取2023年1-6月黑龙江省6所养老机构(公办2所、民办4所)中愿意配合参与研究的老年人.采用质性研究中的扎根理论研究方法,对6家养老机构25名老年人进行半结构式访谈,采用NVivo 11软件进行内容分析.结果:养老机构老年人的长期照护需求可以归纳为4个维度:对躯体健康的需求、环境需求、维持社会功能的需求、精神心理健康需求.结论:老年人的照护需求是多维度的,具有多样性的特点.
Abstract
Objective:To know the long-term care needs of the frail elderly in elderly care institutions in Heilongjiang Province,and to provide reference for improving the elderly service ability of the frail elderly.Methods:Objective sampling method was adopted to select the elderly who were willing to participate in the study from January to June 2023 in 6 pension institutions in Heilongjiang Province(2 public and 4 private institutions).Based on Grounded Theory research method in qualitative research,25 elderly people from 6 elderly care institutions were interviewed in semi-structured form,and the content analysis was carried out with NVivo 11 software.Results:There were 4 three level indicators:needs for physical health,environmental construction,maintenance of social function and mental health for the care needs of frail elderly people.Conclusion:The care problems and care needs of the frail elderly in elderly care institutions are characterized by multiple dimensions and diversity.
