Objective:To probe into the influence of prenatal nursing education based on Snyder Hope Theory on the incidence of childbirth trauma and the psychological elasticity of lying-in women,so as to provide basis for clinical nursing. Methods:A total of 126 pregnant women who gave birth in Xinxiang Central Hospital from October 2022 and September 2022 were regarded as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=68)according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given prenatal nursing education intervention based on Snyder Hope Theory.Parturient knowledge, the level of psychological flexibility and the incidence of birth trauma of two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the level of knowledge about delivery was improved in both groups, and the level of knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group(χ2=5.578,P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of resilience of parturient in both groups were higher than that before intervention, and the scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(t=4.431,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of delivery trauma between the two groups(χ2=0.994,P>0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of prenatal nursing education based on Snyder Hope Theory can improve the knowledge of parturient, and improve their psychological resilience. But it has no obvious effect on reducing the incidence of parturition trauma.
