Objective:To analyze the related factors affecting the frailty status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF),and to provide guidance for clinical nursing measures. Methods:The clinical data of 82 elderly patients with CHF admitted to Xinyu Galaxy Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The frailty assessment scale was used to evaluate the frailty of 82 elderly patients with CHF.The frailty status was analyzed. The clinical data of the patients were collected, including gender, age, cardiac function grade, sleep quality, albumin, etc.Univariate and multivariate analysis were used to analyze the factors related to frailty in elderly patients with CHF.Results:Among 82 elderly patients with CHF,39 patients were associated with frailty, and the frailty incidence was 47.56%(39/82).Age,cardiac function grade, sleep quality and albumin were associated with frailty in elderly CHF patients, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=12.602,15.042,15.766,5.729;P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age>75 years old(OR=5.273,95%CI=2.049~13.568),with a cardiac function grading of Ⅲ/Ⅳ(OR=7.820,95%CI=2.568~23.817),sleep disorders(OR=6.576,95%CI=2.506~17.253),albumin<34g/L(OR=2.986,95%CI=1.205~7.403)were high-risk factors for frailty in elderly CHF patients. Conclusion:The incidence of frailty in elderly patients with CHF is high.Age,cardiac function grade, sleep quality and albumin are the main factors affecting frailty in elderly patients with CHF.Clinical nursing measures should be taken according to related factors to improve the frailty state of this group, and improve prognosis.
