Objective:To study and analyze the influence of targeted nursing on the self-care behavior of elderly patients with diabetes nephropathy undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods:100 elderly patients with diabetes nephropathy undergoing peritoneal dialysis in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the experimental group for targeted nursing,and 50 cases in the control group for routine nursing.The scores of self-care management,patients'diet,and patient care satisfaction were compared.Results:The self-care management score of the experimental group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups(t=15.796,P<0.05).The dietary evaluation of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and there was difference between the groups(t=15.882,P<0.05).The satisfaction level of nursing care in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups(t=15.796,P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing for elderly patients with diabetes nephropathy undergoing peritoneal dialysis is conducive to improving the self-care behavior of patients and enhancing nursing satisfaction.
