Objective:To explore the application effect of"3 H"nursing service intervention in patients with depression, and to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods:94 cases of depression patients admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into 46 cases in the control group and 48 cases in the observation group according to the difference in nursing methods. The control group used conventional nursing care, and the observation group implemented the"3 H"nursing service intervention. The depression level[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)],quality of life[Quality of Life Scale(SF-36)],medication adherence, nursing care satisfaction, and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results:At 14 d,21 d,and 28 d post-intervention,the HAMD scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.117,15.288,19.549;P<0.05).After intervention, the SF-36 scale score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.195,P<0.05).The medication adherence rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.728,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=48.759,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.321,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the"3 H"nursing service intervention in patients with depression can effectively alleviate patients'depressed mood, improve their medication adherence and nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the quality of life.
