Objective:To explore the effect of nursing risk management on patients with severe hepatitis,and to provide basis for clinical nursing.Methods:A total of 150 patients with severe hepatitis were selected from the Department of Infectious Diseases,The First Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University,from January 2022 to March 2022.They were randomly divided into routine group and management group,with 75 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was adopted in the routine group,and nursing risk management intervention was given in the management group on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing quality score,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of all dimensions and the total scores in the management group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(t=38.721,30.384,42.381,45.177;P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the management group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(χ2=7.670,P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the management group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(χ2=5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing risk management intervention for patients with severe hepatitis can improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events,and improve patient satisfaction.
