Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)may have 7~18 symptoms at the same time, and even have a tendency to concentrate symptoms, with patients experiencing a variety of painful physical and psychological symptoms that seriously affect their quality of life. The symptom cluster in patients with COPD is comprehensively understood, and more thorough symptom assessment and targeted symptom management strategies can be achieved to improve patients'clinical symptoms. The types of COPD patients'symptom groups and assessment tools are summarized,so as to help clinicians to evaluate the symptom categories of COPD patients in an evidence-based way,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical work.
