慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者症状群的研究进展

摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)患者同时存在的症状数量达7～18种,甚至存在症状集中趋势,患者会经历多种令人痛苦的身体和心理症状,严重影响患者的生活质量;全面了解COPD患者的症状群,可以进行更彻底的症状评估,并实施有针对性的症状管理策略,以改善患者的临床症状.文章针对COPD患者症状群种类、评估工具进行综述,通过以循证的方式帮助临床工作者评估COPD患者的症状类别,为临床工作的开展提供理论依据.
Abstract
Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)may have 7～18 symptoms at the same time,and even have a tendency to concentrate symptoms,with patients experiencing a variety of painful physical and psychological symptoms that seriously affect their quality of life.The symptom cluster in patients with COPD is comprehensively understood,and more thorough symptom assessment and targeted symptom management strategies can be achieved to improve patients'clinical symptoms.The types of COPD patients'symptom groups and assessment tools are summarized,so as to help clinicians to evaluate the symptom categories of COPD patients in an evidence-based way,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical work.
