The adipocytes near the blood vessels presenting in the adventitia of blood vessels are considered endocrine cells in clinical practice. They can not only respond to inflammatory stimuli, but also interact with the sympathetic nervous system and adjacent vascular cells, thereby promote the release of adipocytokines and other signaling mediators and maintaining vascular homeostasis.Perivascular adipocytes have significant specificity, and under the influence of obesity caused by factors such as diet, they are prone to functional disorders, accelerating functional responses such as vasculitis, vascular contraction, and smooth muscle thinning and proliferation, and participating in the formation and development of vascular diseases.Clinical research on the improvement of vascular function by perivascular adipocytes is highly valued, but the causes of vascular diseases are not very clear. The study explores the causes of vascular diseases caused by perivascular adipocytes, hoping to provide important reference for clinical research.
