母乳喂养平台联合围产期母乳喂养顾问支持对初产妇认知度、母乳喂养成功率的影响

中文摘要：目的:探究母乳喂养平台联合围产期母乳喂养顾问支持对初产妇认知度、母乳喂养成功率的影响.方法:选取2020年1月—2022年6月郑州市妇幼保健院产科分娩的94例初产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组各47例.对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上给予母乳喂养平台联合围产期母乳喂养顾问支持干预.采用母乳喂养知识量表(BKQ)、育儿胜任感量表(C-PSOC)、母乳喂养自信心评分量表(BSES)评价初产妇干预前后母乳喂养知识认知度、育儿胜任感及母乳喂养自信心,比较两组产妇母乳喂养成功率、新生儿生长发育情况及产后并发症发生情况.结果:干预后,两组产妇BKQ及BSES评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.534、2.693,P＜0.05);两组产妇C-PSOC各维度评分及总分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=1.937、2.394、2.574,P＜0.05);观察组产妇产后7 d、42 d及产后6个月的母乳喂养成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=7.053、6.598、6.358,P＜0.05);观察组新生儿产后3个月、产后6个月的体重重于对照组,产后3个月的身高高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.083、3.642、2.291,P＜0.05);观察组产妇产后并发症发生率(6.38%)低于对照组(21.28%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.374,P＜0.05).结论:应用母乳喂养平台联合围产期母乳喂养顾问支持对初产妇进行干预,可提高母乳知识认知度及母乳喂养成功率,增加其母乳喂养自信心,促进新生儿生长发育.

外文摘要：Objective:To explore the effects of breastfeeding platform combined with perinatal breastfeeding consultant support on cognition degree and success rate of breastfeeding of primiparas.Methods:94 primiparas who gave birth in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given breastfeeding platform combined with perinatal breastfeeding consultant support intervention on the basis of the control group.Breastfeeding Knowledge Questionnaire(BKQ),Chinese Version of Parenting Sense of Competence(C-PSOC),Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale(BSES)were used to evaluate the cognition degree of breastfeeding knowledge,parenting sense of competence and breastfeeding self-efficacy before and after intervention.The success rate of breastfeeding,neonatal postpartum weight gain and height growth and incidence rates of postpartum complications of puerperae were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of BKQ and BSES,parenting satisfaction and total score of C-PSOC in observation group were higher than those in control group after intervention(t=3.534、2.693,1.937,2.394,2.574;P＜0.05).The success rate of breastfeeding 7 days,42 days and 6 months after delivery in observation group was higher than that in control group(χ2=7.053,6.598,6.358;P＜0.05).The weight in observation group 3 months and 6 months after delivery was heavier than that in control group,and the height 3 months after delivery was higher than that in control group(t=3.083,3.642,2.291;P＜0.05).The incidence rates of postpartum complications were lower in observation group than those in control group(χ2=4.374,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of breastfeeding platform combined with perinatal breastfeeding consultant support can enhance the cognition degree of breastfeeding knowledge and success rate of breastfeeding,increase the breastfeeding self-efficacy,and promote the growth and development of neonates.
