Change Track of Psychological Elasticity, and Influencing Factors of Sleep in Patients with Head and Neck Tumor Based on Logistic Regression Analysis
Objective:To explore the risk factors influencing the sleep of patients with head and neck cancer based on logistic regression analysis, and the correlation between the change track of psychological resilience and sleep. Methods:A total of 850 patients with head and neck tumors admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects.Tumor Resilience Scale(RS-SC)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to analyze the patients'sleep situation and the change track of psychological resilience, and patients with PSQI score>7 were included in the abnormal sleep quality group(n=160),and those with PSQI score≤7 were included in the normal sleep quality group(n=690)to analyze the risk factors affecting sleep quality of patients with head and neck tumors. Results:After radiotherapy, the RS-SC score of patients increased temporarily, and with the extension of treatment time, the RS-SC score showed a gradual decline trend. The overall PSQI score gradually decreased and then gradually rose. The abnormal rate of sleep quality of patients included in this study was 18.82%.Low education level, late radiotherapy, physiological factors, environmental factors, psychological factors and frequent pain were all risk factors for abnormal sleep quality of patients with head and neck tumors(OR=1.143,1.125,1.339,1.670,1.250,10.740;P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of head and neck cancer patients, their psychological resilience and sleep quality changed obviously.Among them, education level, radiotherapy frequency, frequent pain, psychological, environmental and physiological factors were all related to their sleep quality,so more scientific intervention plan should be made for patients based on the above risk factors.
