Value of Ultrasound Three-dimensional Volumetric Imaging Combined with Shear Wave Elastography in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound three-dimensional volumetric imaging combined with shear wave elastography in endometrial lesions.Methods:106 patients with endometriosis admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected for the study, and ultrasound three-dimensional volumetric imaging and shear wave elastography were performed on all patients. The value of ultrasound three-dimensional volumetric imaging and shear wave elastography in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions was statistically analyzed with pathological examination as the"gold standard".Results:Among 106 patients with endometriosis,a total of 58 malignant lesions were detected by pathologic examination.Ultrasound three-dimensional volumetric imaging detected 47 malignant lesions, shear wave elastography detected 49 malignant lesions, and ultrasound three-dimensional volumetric imaging combined with shear wave elastography detected 57 malignant lesions.Through taking pathological examination as the"gold standard",the sensitivity of the combined test was 96.55%,the accuracy was 97.17%,and the negative predictive value was 95.92%,which were higher than 77.59%,85.85%,77.97%and 81.03%,87.74%,80.70%of the two tests alone, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.315,8.864,7.321;P<0.05).Kappa test showed that the results of ultrasound 3D volumetric imaging combined with shear wave elastography were in excellent agreement with those of the"gold standard"(Kappa=0.943,P<0.001).Conclusion:Ultrasound three-dimensional volumetric imaging combined with shear wave elastography is effective in the examination of endometrial lesions, and can provide reliable clinical reference information.
