Analysis of Antibiotic Application in Patients with Acute Bronchitis
Objective:To analyze the use of antibiotics in 236 patients with acute bronchitis in hospitals,so as to provide reference for the rationality of clinical application of antibiotics.Methods:Through sing the Clinical Drug Monitoring System(CDMS)and electronic medical records,collecting and analyzing the use of antibiotics in 236 hospitalized patients with acute bronchitis in the respiratory department from January to June 2022.Results:Among 236 cases of acute bronchitis,225 cases were treated with antibiotics,with a usage rate of 95.34%.The most commonly used antibiotics were cephalosporins,followed by quinolones.The main method of using antibacterial drugs was combination therapy,accounting for 45.76%,followed by single variety therapy in 91 cases,accounting for 38.56%.Conclusion:The use of antibiotics in 236 hospitalized patients with acute bronchitis in the respiratory department of the hospital is generally reasonable,but there are still some problems with unreasonable medication,such as no clinical indications for medication,unreasonable combination medication,and prolonged medication course.The hospital needs to develop relevant measures,further strengthen supervision and inspection work,and improve the rationality of clinical use of antibiotics.
