Effect of Addition of Ritodrine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Premature Rupture of Membranes
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ritodrine hydrochloride on premature rupture of membranes.Methods:106 patients with premature rupture of membranes(PROM)of premature delivery in the hospital were selected and randomly divided from January 2021 to June 2022,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. In the control group,53 patients were treated with magnesium sulfate alone, while in the observation group,53 patients were treated with ritodrine hydrochloride on the basis of magnesium sulfate. Results:There were statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical effect, and the correlation value of childbirth outcome between observation group and control group(χ2=8.477 2,6.445 9;P<0.05).There were statistically significant difference in the correlation index values according to the standard between obervation group and control group(t=8.557 5,10.934 3,40.515 7;P<0.05).After the treatment, the TNF-α index and IL-2 index values of the observation group were evaluated according to the standard, and compared with the control group, the results were lower(t=4.910,7.155;P<0.05).The anxiety and depression indexes of the observation group were evaluated according to the standard, and compared with the results of the control group, they were at a lower level(t=10.773,10.540;P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with premature birth with premature rupture of membranes, magnesium sulfate therapy combined with ritodrine hydrochloride is effective, which can shorten the time of contraction inhibition, reduce postpartum blood loss, reduce inflammatory indicators, improve psychological state, increase the full-term delivery rate and fetal survival rate, and reduce the risk of premature birth.
