Effect of TPB Guided Cardiac Rehabilitation Training Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Rehabilitation of Coronary Heart Disease with Arrhythmia
Objective:To observe the effect of TPB guided cardiac rehabilitation training combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the rehabilitation compliance of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia, and the improvement of cardiac function.Methods:126 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in the hospital from May 2020 to January 2022 were included. And they were divided into control group and observation group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional cardiac rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given TPB guided cardiac rehabilitation training combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion. All patients were followed up for one year. The health cognition level, rehabilitation compliance, and improvement of cardiac function between the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the scores of disease-related knowledge,self-care behavior awareness and self-care behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=3.225,3.098,3.183,P<0.05).After intervention, the rehabilitation compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.119,P<0.05).After intervention, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD)and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=3.321,3.821,3.449;P<0.05).Conclusion:TPB theory can effectively improve the health cognition level and rehabilitation compliance of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.TPB guided cardiac rehabilitation training combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively promote the recovery of patients'cardiac function.
