Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery After Cesarean Section
Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.Methods:93 parturients who received cesarean section in the hospital from August 2020 to February 2023 were selected, and divided into 2 groups according to the order of admission.46 cases of parturients who received routine nursing from August 2020 to October 2021 were the control group, and 47 cases of parturients who received rapid rehabilitation nursing from November 2021 to February 2023 were the observation group. The recovery time of gastrointestinal motility, gastrointestinal dysfunction and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the recovery time of bowel sound and the first postoperative exhaust defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.193,4.321,4.767;P<0.05).After intervention, the I-FEED score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.319,P<0.05).After intervention, the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.066,P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing has positive significance in promoting gastrointestinal motility recovery after cesarean section, alleviating gastrointestinal dysfunction, and reducing postoperative complications.
