Application and Effect Analysis of Improved Negative Pressure Specimen Collection Device In Amniocentesis
Objective:To analyze the applicability of an improved specimen collection device in amniocentesis and compare it with traditional specimen collection methods.Methods:489 pregnant women undergoing amniocentesis in the hospital from January to June 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group used traditional collection methods, while the experimental group used improved collection methods. The collection time, pain level, consumables cost, sample contamination quantity, postoperative complication rate and pregnancy outcome of two sets of specimens were analyzed. Results:The sample collection time, pain degree and consumable cost of pregnant women in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(χ2/t=90.990,23.718,118.805,3.220;P<0.05).The incidence of 1-week postoperative complications was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(χ2=3.998,0.308;P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 2-week postoperative complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups(χ2=0.308,0.075,P>0.05).The satisfaction of amniocentesis in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=48.83,P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved device has shortened the collection time, improved efficiency, reduced pain, reduced the incidence of adverse reactions, improved the patient experience of amniocentesis in the antenatal clinic, and enhanced patient satisfaction.
