Influence of Individualized Comprehensive Nursing on the Nursing Effectiveness of Pneumonia
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of personalized comprehensive nursing on pneumonia care.Methods:100 patients who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as experimental research subjects.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,with 50 patients in each group.The experimental group received individualized comprehensive care,while the control group received routine care.The anxiety and depression levels of patients before and after treatment,as well as their satisfaction with nursing,were compared.Results:The anxiety and depression levels of the experimental group patients were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=14.362,18.692;P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group patients was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(χ2=17.692,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The use of personalized comprehensive nursing for pneumonia can improve patients'psychological anxiety and depression,and increase their satisfaction level.
