中医整体护理干预联合自拟中药方灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎患者的应用效果分析

中文摘要：目的:探讨中医整体护理干预联合自拟中药方灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎患者的应用效果,为临床护理提供依据.方法:选取2022年7月—2023年4月济南市第三人民医院脾胃病科收治的84例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组各42例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施中医整体护理联合自拟中药方灌肠干预.比较两组患者干预前后的疗效(改良Mayo评分)、遵医依从性(遵医依从性量表评分)和生活质量[炎症性肠病患者生活质量问卷(IBDQ)评分]情况.结果:干预后,两组患者改良Mayo评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.026,P＜0.05);干预后,观察组患者遵医依从性量表中饮食、运动、服药维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.095、5.332、6.388,P＜0.05);干预后,观察组患者IBDQ各维度评分及总体评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.814、6.865、1.012、7.544、5.628,P＜0.05).结论:对溃疡性结肠炎患者实施中医整体护理干预联合自拟中药方灌肠进行针对性的护理,有利于提高患者的治疗效果和遵医依从性,进而改善其生活质量.

外文摘要：Objective:To explore the effect of TCM holistic nursing intervention combined with enema with self-made Chinese herbs on ulcerative colitis patients,so as to provide basis for clinical nursing.Methods:A total of 84 ulcerative colitis patients from July 2022 to April 2023 were selected from the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases,Jinan Third People's Hospital.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with random number table.There were 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given holistic nursing intervention combined with enema with self-made TCM prescription on the basis of routine nursing.The efficacy(modified Mayo score),medical compliance scale score(medical compliance scale)and quality of life[inflammatory bowel disease quality of life questioIBDQ-RRB-e(IBDQ)scores]were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After intervention,the modified Mayo score of both groups was lower than that before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.026,P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of diet,exercise and medication in compliance scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=4.095,5.332,6.388;P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of IBDQ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=6.814,6.865,1.012,7.544,5.628;P＜0.05).Conclusion:TCM holistic nursing intervention of Chinese medicine combined with enema with self-made Chinese ulcerative colitis prescription can improve the therapeutic effect and compliance of the patients,and thus improve their quality of life.
