Evaluation and Analysis of NLR,FIB and CA199 in Endometriosis
Objective:To investigate the value of neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),fibrinogen(FIB)and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)in the diagnosis of endometriosis(EMT).Methods:200 patients diagnosed with EMT through surgery and pathology admitted to Ezhou Second Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were included in the observation group as the study subjects, and 140 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The differences of serum NLR,FIB and CA199 levels between the two groups were compared. The pathological examination results were used as the"gold standard".The evaluation value of NLR,FIB and CA199 in EMT were analyzed with receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC).Results:The levels of NLR,FIB and CA199 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.822,5.001,31.696;P<0.05).The levels of NLR,FIB and CA199 in different pathological stages of EMT were in the order of stage Ⅳ>stage Ⅲ>stage Ⅱ>stage Ⅰ,and the difference was statistically significant(F=125.983,27.848,310.947;P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of NLR,FIB and CA199 in the diagnosis of EMT was 0.854,which was significantly higher than that of each index(0.627,0.659 and 0.826),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:NLR,FIB and CA199 are highly expressed in patients with endometriosis, and they are valuable in the evaluation of EMT.
