Observation of Curative Effect of Anti-depressant and Analgesic Decoction Combined with Non-tourniquet Technique Under Local Anesthesia in Minimally Invasive Osteotomy Treatment of Mild to Moderate Hallux Valgus
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of anti-depressant and analgesic decoction combined with tourniquet technique under local anesthesia in patients with mild to moderate hallux valgus in minimally invasive osteotomy.Methods:58 patients with mild to moderate hallux valgus were randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with a barostatic pressure tourniquet on the affected limb before and after surgery, and the experimental group was treated with anti-depressant and analgesic decoction before and after surgery.Local anesthesia containing epinephrine lidocaine was used without tourniquet. The preoperative and postoperative pain, anxiety, sleep, occurrence of adverse reactions, gait and living ability were compared between the two groups. Results:The pain of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group 1 d,2 d and 1 week after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant difference(t=3.447,3.184,2.897;P<0.05).3 after surgery, the sleep quality of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant difference(t=6.421,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant difference(χ2=0,P<0.05).1 month and 3 months after surgery, the step length, step speed and step frequency of the experimental group were all higher than that of the control group, and the life ability of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=2.577,3.029,3.130,2.261,2.627,2.275;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of anti-depressant and analgesic decoction combined with local anesthesia of epinephrine lidocaine in mild and moderate hallux valgus minimally invasive osteotomy can improve patients'anxiety, improve sleep quality, reduce postoperative pain, have fewer adverse reactions, and accelerate the improvement of patients'gait and living ability.
