Effect of Xinmupei on Adverse Reactions and Effects of Uterine Atony Induced Postpartum Bleeding
Objective:To explore and analyze the influence of Xinmupei on clinical adverse reactions in patients with uterine atony induced postpartum bleeding.Methods:80 uterine atony induced postpartum bleeding patients admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the method of random grouping,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional oxytocin treatment,while the observation group received Xinmupei treatment.Curative effect,vaginal bleeding,coagulation function,vital signs,adverse reaction,and survival quality of two groups were compared.Results:After evaluating the total effective rate,the observation group ranked at a higher level compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).The observation group showed lower vaginal bleeding during and after delivery compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=22.777,17.142,4.036,12.634;P<0.05).After implementing nursing interventions,both groups showed changes in coagulation function indicators.The observation group showed higher levels of plasma fibrinogen(FIB),while the rest showed lower levels,with statistically significant differences(t=4.696,8.180,3.764,5.241;P<0.05).The fluctuation of vital signs during treatment in the observation group was relatively stable,with significantly higher recovery effects on blood pressure,heart rate,and body temperature indicators compared to the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=2.213,3.906,2.038,10.329;P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the quality of life scores between the groups were improved,and the observation group showed a higher score.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=19.422,10.104,7.611,13.312;P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinmupei has advantages in improving the effect of uterine atony induced postpartum bleeding,with fewer adverse reactions,and higher safety and easier acceptance by patients.
