Application of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Combined with Pneumatic Therapeutic Apparatus in the Prevention of Postpartum Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis
Objective:To observe the application of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with pneumatic therapy in the prevention of postpartum lower limb venous thrombosis(DVT).Methods:According to the random number table method,102 postpartum women with hypercoagulable blood status admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with DVT basic prevention treatment and early activity therapy,and on this basis,low molecular weight heparin sodium injection was given.The observation group was treated with a combination of pneumatic therapy equipment on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated continuously for one week.The clinical efficacy,DVT and complications,coagulation function indexes[thrombin time(TT),active partial coagulation factor time(APTT),D-dimer(D-D),Prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB)],femoral vein blood flow and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.993,P<0.05).The incidence of DVT and complications in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(χ2=7.141,P<0.05).After treatment,the coagulation function indicators of both groups of patients improved,and the levels of APTT,PT,TT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of FIB and D-D were lower than those in the control group(t=7.524,8.140,6.270,9.552,9.980;P<0.05).After treatment,the peak and average velocity of femoral vein blood flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=15.353,20.819;P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of low molecular weight heparin sodium and pneumatic therapy has significant effect on preventing postpartum DVT,which is beneficial for improving maternal coagulation function,promoting lower limb blood circulation,promoting patient physical function recovery,improving treatment effectiveness,and having high safety.
