In view of the increasing number of orthopedic medical disputes,the study discusses the important role of evidence-based medicine in preventing disputes.The application of evidence-based medicine in orthopaedic diagnosis and treatment is described in detail,including the formulation and updating of diagnosis and treatment guidelines based on evidence-based medicine evidence,the implementation of individualized diagnosis and treatment plan,and the comprehensive risk and benefit assessment.The importance of continuous learning and education is emphasized.Through case analysis,the study further proves the effectiveness of following the principle of evidence-based medicine in preventing orthopedic medical disputes,and reveals its strategic significance in improving the quality of medical service,constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and preventing disputes at the source.
