Analysis of HBV Infection Screening in Jiamusi Infectious Disease Hospital from 2021 to 2022
Objective:To analyze the HBV screening in a tertiary first-class infectious disease hospital. Methods:HBsAg and Pumin HBV DNA of 1 509 patients who visited Jiamusi Infectious Disease Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were tested.HBsAg+/Pumin HBV DNA-patient samples and HBsAg-/Pumin HBV DNA-but other test indicators pointing to the serum of patients infected with HBV infection were collected and reported.High-sensitivity HBV DNA was tested, and the patient's HBV infection and other clinical test results were tracked. Results:Among 1 509 patients,2 patients(0.13% )had HBsAg+/Pumin HBV DNA-,the high-sensitivity HBV DNA test result was positive,4 patients(0.26% )had HBsAg-/Pumin HBV DNA-,and the hypersensitive HBV DNA test result was positive. And the average value of 6 cases of high-sensitivity HBV DNA examination was(1.11±0.16 log10 IU/mL).HBsAg had the same equivalence as Pumin HBV DNA examination in admission screening application. Conclusion:At present,HBsAg is used as the basis for judging patients'HBV infection, but there are still 0.26% of HBV DNA-positive infections, which is higher than the proportion of HBsAg-/HBV DNA+(26/31 720,0.08% )infections in the general population in Jiamusi.High sensitivity reagents should be used for HBV DNA testing to avoid missed testing.
