Effect of Health Intervention Based on Goal Strategy on Improving Cognition and Bad Mood of Transient Ischemic Disease
Objective:To observe the effect of health intervention based on goal strategy in TIA and its influence on patients'disease cognition and bad mood. Methods:Taking 120 patients with TIA admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to October 2022 as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 60 patients in each group.Control group only implemented routine nursing intervention.Test group implemented health intervention based on goal strategy.Disease cognition and psychological state of the two groups before and after intervention were compared, and short-term follow-up for all patients for 6 months was conducted. The self-care ability 1,3 and 6 months after discharge and the incidence of adverse events during follow-up were compared. Results:After intervention, the scores of each dimension of disease cognition in the test group were higher than those in the control group(t=3.482,2.920,3.700;P<0.05);while SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group(t=2.980,2.949;P<0.05).During the follow-up period,ESCA 1,3 and 6 months after intervention in the test group was higher than that in control group(t=2.477,3.641,2.617;P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events during the follow-up period was lower than that in control group(χ2=5.556,P<0.05).Conclusion:The health intervention based on goal strategy has high application value in the clinical nursing of TIA patients. It can effectively improve the patients'disease cognition and psychological bad mood, improve the patients'long-term self-care ability, reduce the risk of adverse events, and improve the prognosis of patients.
