Analysis of the Influencing Factors and Nursing Measures of Venous Thromboembolism in Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Based on Logistic Regression Analysis
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors and nursing measures of venous thromboembolism in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage based on logistic regression.Methods:174 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were studied. The baseline data and indexes of all patients were collected. The influencing factors of the occurrence of venous thromboembolism in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were screened. Results:Among 174 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, there were 30 cases of venous thromboembolism(17.24% ),of which 25 cases occurred in the affected limb, and 5 cases occurred in both lower limbs. In the VTE group, the proportion of patients≥60 years old, with history of hypertension, diabetes, left paralysis, deep vein catheterization, bed time≥72 h,and no active lower extremity activity was higher than that in the non-VTE group. The D-dimer(D-D),TC,TG,LDL-C and thrombin time(TT)in VTE group were higher than those in non-VTE group, with statistically significant difference(χ2=11.053,44.862,43.449,7.624,49.309,12.141,22.290;t=26.865,13.842,4.108,5.854,7.316;P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that history of diabetes mellitus, history of hypertension, deep vein catheterization, bed duration≥72 h,and high D-D level were all risk factors for VTE in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage(OR=4.568,4.572,1.772,1.791,1.685;P<0.05).Conclusion:Diabetes history, hypertension history, deep vein catheterization, bed duration≥72 h,and high D-D level are all risk factors for VTE in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Clinical nursing measures should be formulated according to these factors to reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis
