Effect of CNP Nursing Model on the Growth and Development of Very Low Birth Weight Premature Infants and Their Family Nursing Satisfaction
Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing pathway(CNP)nursing model in very low birth weight(VLBW)premature infants. Methods:A total of 98 VLBW premature infants from August 2021 to August 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into experimental group(n=49)and control group(n=49)according to admission time. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group received CNP nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. The growth and development, incidence of adverse events, prognostic effect and satisfaction of family nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the body length, head circumference and body weight of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(t=5.622,3.156,10.486;P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. The survival rate of the experimental group was higher than that in control group, and the duration of NICU stay was shorter than that in control group(χ2=4.009,9.496;t=2.275;P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=6.376,P<0.05).Conclusion:CNP nursing model can promote the growth and development of VLBW premature infants, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, improve the prognostic effect, and enhance the satisfaction of nursing work.
