Application Study of TCM Care for Patients After Rival Vascular Injury
Objective:To analyze the effect of TCM nursing patients after hand vascular injury. Methods:Hand vascular injury patients(80 cases)from January 2021 to December,2022 were taken as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to interval random method, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in both groups received surgical treatment. The control group underwent routine postoperative nursing, and the research group added nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Pre and post care pain scores(VAS),early postoperative complications, prognosis, score of continuing nursing record, and patient satisfaction with nursing services were compared.Results:2,4,6 and 8 days after surgery, the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.870,6.611,5.960,7.507;P<0.05).Postoperative complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge, the prognosis of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.422,7.354,18.245;P<0.05).After nursing, the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.156,3.502,3.256,4.901;P<0.05).The patient's nursing satisfaction in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.314,P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with hand vascular injury may have many problems during the recovery process:postoperative wound bleeding, anastomotic fistula, and vasospasm, etc.Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology plays an important role in postoperative recovery. It can reduce patient's pain, reduce complications, improve patient prognosis, and improve patient satisfaction.
