Parkinson's disease is a motor disorder caused by damage of dopamine pathway in substantia nigra and striatum.Depression is one of the early non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease.Clinical treatment mainly includes western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,surgical treatment,but there are some shortcomings.Therefore,the study mainly summarizes several effective adjuvant treatments and their possible mechanisms in patients with Parkinson's depression,in order to provide a direction for the treatment and clinical research of patients with Parkinson's depression in the future.
