目的:分析国内外体医融合领域的研究现状、热点及趋势.方法:运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对中国知网(CNKI)和科学引文索引(Web of Science)两大数据库中体医融合领域2013-2023年的研究文献进行可视化分析.结果:从发文数量看,2017年以后国外体医融合领域文献增长迅速,国内文献增长速度较慢;从发文作者看,国外核心作者数量大于国内;从研究机构看,国内研究机构跨区域合作不明显,国外研究机构关系紧密;从高被引文献看,国内外研究方向有一定相似性,但侧重点不同;从关键词分析看,我国该领域研究相较于国外在先进性、多维性和深刻性方面存在一些滞后.结论:为实现健康中国的目标,国内学者应完善现有的理论体系,丰富研究方法,促成跨学科交叉融合研究,关注国际研究热点,优化中国体医融合领域研究.
Visual Analysis of Domestic and Global Research on the Integration of Sports and Medicine Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer
Objective:To analyze the research status,hot spots and trends in physical medicine integration at home and abroad.Methods:CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to visualize and compare the papers on body-medicine integration from 2013 to 2023 in CNKI and Web of Science databases.Results:In the number of published papers,papers on physical and medical integration in foreign countries increased rapidly after 2017,while the growth rate of domestic literature was slower.From the point of view of authors,the number of foreign core authors was greater than that of domestic authors.From the perspective of research institutions,cross-regional cooperation between domestic research institutions was not obvious,while the relationship between foreign research institutions was close.From the perspective of highly cited papers,the research directions at home and abroad were similar,but the emphasis was different.From the perspective of keyword analysis,China's research in this field lags behind in advanced,multi-dimensional and profound aspects compared with foreign countries.Conclusion:In order to achieve the goal of Healthy China,domestic scholars should improve the existing theoretical system,enrich research methods,promote interdisciplinary integration research,pay attention to international research hotspots,and optimize research in physical and medical integration in China.
