Analysis of Sense of Life Meaning and Related Influencing Factors of Patients with Uremia Hemodialysis
Objective:To explore the level of sense of life meaning and related influencing factors in patients with uremia hemodialysis.Methods:100 patients with uremic hemodialysis admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected to evaluate their sense of life meaning with the Chinese version of the Sense of Life Meaning Scale(C-MLQ),and relevant data were collected to compare the level of sense of life meaning in patients with different characteristics of uremic hemodialysis.The related influencing factors of sense of life meaning in patients with uremic hemodialysis were analyzed.Results:The C-MLQ score of 100 uremic hemodialysis patients was(43.78±4.38).The C-MLQ scores of uremic hemodialysis patients with different ages,family per capita monthly income,perceived pressure and social support were significantly different(t=6.663,11.288,9.182,11.943;P<0.05).There was no significant difference in C-MLQ scores among different sex,marital status,education level and living style of uremic hemodialysis patients(P>0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that age≥45 years old,family per capita monthly income<5 000 yuan,moderate to severe perceived pressure and low social support were risk factors for low sense of life meaning in patients with uremic hemodialysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low sense of meaning of life in patients with uremia hemodialysis is mainly affected by age≥45 years old,per capita family income<5 000 yuan,moderate to severe awareness pressure,and low social support,etc.Clinical measures can be taken to improve the level of patients'sense of meaning of life.
