Clinical Study of Xin'an Medical School Traumatology Blood Activating and Removing Stasis Decoction Combined with Surgery for the Treatment of Ankle Fractures
Objective:To observe the clinical treatment effect of Xin'an Medical School Traumatology Blood Activating Decoction combined with surgery in the treatment of patients with ankle fractures.Methods:A total of 65 patients with post-fracture limb swelling admitted to the Traumatic Orthopedics Department,Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into two groups with random number method.There were 35 cases in observation group and 30 cases in control group.Both groups underwent surgery for ankle fractures.The control group were treated with conventional surgical treatment,and the treatment group were treated orally with conventional surgical treatment combined with preoperative and postoperative decoction of blood reduction and blood stasis.The relief of swelling symptoms and the changes of VAS score,kofoed score and isokinetic strength test system score were compared between the two groups.Results:VAS score,postoperative swelling symptoms and kofoed score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=0.003,0,0;0,0,0;0,0,0;P＜0.05).Isokinetic strength test system score in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(t=0.005,0,0.001,0.032;t=0,0.002,0.012,0.002;t=0,0.005,0,0;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xin'an Medical School Traumatology decoction has significant effect in reducing the degree of limb swelling and the pain degree of ankle fracture surgery patients,and promoting the early recovery of patients.
