Comparative Study of Small Incision Operation Under Arthroscopy, and Traditional Internal Fixation and Reduc-tion for Tibial Plateau Fractures
Objective:To study the effect of arthroscopic small incision surgery and traditional internal reduction in tibial plateau fracture.Methods:30 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to Xinxiang Medical College from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. The experimental group selected arthroscopic small incision surgery, and the control group selected traditional internal fixation reduction. The knee joint activity of the two groups,as well as the effect of the patients after surgery and the specific situation of the patients after surgery, was compared. The incidence of complications of the patients were counted. Results:The knee joint activity of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.697,P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=14.396,P<0.05).Each indicator of the experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.963,10.758,5.361,3.792,5.921,11.742;P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.932,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional internal fixation reduction, for patients with tibial plateau fracture, arthroscopic small incision surgery can better improve joint motion, treatment effect and surgical indicators, and reduce complications.
