Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Shenqi yimu ointment in the treatment of subinvolution of uterus after cesarean.Methods:81 patients with subinvolution of uterus after cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=41).The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was given Shenqi yimu ointment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,symptoms improvement,descending height of uterus and adverse reaction were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.61%of control group,with statistically significant difference(χ2=4.278,P＜0.05).The duration of lochia rubra and abdominal pain in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(t=4.624,6.475;P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in descending height of uterine floor between the two groups on the 1st and 3rd day after treatment(P＞0.05).On the 5th day of treatment,the descending height of uterus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=-2.630,P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reaction occured in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Compared with the simple use of oxytocin,the combination of Shenqi Yimu paste can improve the clinical effect,shorten the duration of lochia haemorrhagica and abdominal pain,and accelerate the descent of the uterine floor,which can significantly promote the uterine rehabilitation after cesarean section.
