Objective:To know the change trend of bone mineral density(BMD)and osteopenia rate with age before and after perimenopausal women in Yanji City, and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. Methods:From October 2021 to December 2022,1 359 adult women over 21 years old in Yanji City were examined by ultrasonic bone mineral density by multi-stage stratified random sampling, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the influence of different factors on bone mineral density of perimenopausal women. Results:The bone mineral density of adult women decreased gradually with the increase of age,and the rate of bone loss increased significantly from perimenopausal period to postmenopausal period. The results of univariate analysis showed that BMI index, lactation experience, birth times, regular exercise, weight loss times and vitamin intake frequency were positively correlated with bone mineral density of perimenopausal women(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, birth times, regular exercise, drinking milk and outdoor exercise time were positively correlated with bone mineral density of perimenopausal women(OR=0.282、0.031、0.215、0.256、6.913,P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone mineral density of perimenopausal women is affected by body mass index birth times regular exercise and other factors.Relevant departments should take corresponding measures to improve the level of bone mineral density of perimenopausal women.
