Objective:To explore the application value of atopic dermatitis integral index(SCORAD)in patients with atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods:A total of 126 patients with atopic dermatitis admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected.According to the random lottery method,the study subjects were divided into control group(psychological nursing)and study group(nursing mode with atopic dermatitis integral index),with 63 cases in each group.Hyperactivity index(CIH),sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Child Sleep Disorder Scale-Sleep Start and Maintenance Dimension(SDSC-DIMS)],atopic dermatitis score,and adverse reaction situation of two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of various items in the hyperactivity index,PSQI and SDSC-DIMS scores,and atopic dermatitis score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(t=20.005,7.279,0.294,0.140,0.233,0.205;P＜0.05).The complication rate of study group was lower than that of control group(χ2=4.582,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The SCORAD-based nursing mode combined psychological nursing during the treatment of atopic dermatitis patients can effectively improve the symptoms and sleep quality of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
