Application of Continuing Nursing Care Based on Enabling Theory in Glaucoma Patients After Trabeculectomy
Objective:To investigate the application effect of continuing nursing care based on enabling theory in glaucoma trabeculectomy.Methods:80 patients with glaucoma in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and received trabeculectomy.According to the admission order, they were divided into control group(from January to July 2021,routine care,n=40)and observation group(from August 2021 to January 2022,continuous care+routine care based on enabling theory,n=40).The psychological stress reaction(SAS and SDS),quality of life(SQOL-DV1),sleep quality(PSQI)and complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:The scores of SDS and SAS in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=4.241,3.567;P<0.05).The observation group had higher levels of rational diet, regular life,self-eye care, medication compliance, emotion regulation and regular follow-up than the control group(χ2=4.588,5.000,16.875,13.095,7.366,4.013;P<0.05).After intervention,SQOL-DV-1 scores and total scores in both groups increased(t=6.983,P<0.05).Compared with that before intervention, the scores of PSQI in observation group were significantly lower(t=0.864,P<0.05).The total incidence of shallow anterior chamber, intraocular pressure rise and malignant glaucoma complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group(χ2=4.501,P<0.05).Conclusion:Application effect of continuing nursing care based on enabling theory on glaucoma patients after trabeculectomy is significant, which can reduce the psychological stress reaction of patients, improve the treatment compliance behavior, improve the quality of life and sleep quality of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.
