Meta-analysis of the Effects of"Internet+"Continuous Nursing in Postoperative Breast Cancer Patients
Objective:To systematically review the effects of"Internet+"continuity care in postoperative breast cancer patients.Methods:All randomized controlled trials and quasi-randomized controlled trials involving the use of the Internet in the continuation of care of postoperative breast cancer patients were searched,and the search period was established in each database until July 2023.RevMan 5.4 software was used.Results:28 studies were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with routine discharge follow-up."Internet+"continuous nursing could effectively improve patients'functional exercise compliance and self-care ability,reduce the negative emotions,reduce patients'clinical symptoms and the incidence of complications,and improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction.Conclusion:"Internet+"continuous nursing services can effectively improve the quality of life,self-care ability and treatment compliance of breast cancer patients,and help patients return to their communities and families.
