Analysis of Influencing Factors and Nursing Care Strategies of Senile Hospitalized Patients with Atrial Fibrillation Complicated with Weakness
Objective:To probe into the influencing factors of senile hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with weakness and the countermeasures of nursing service,so as to provide basis for clinical nursing. Methods:The clinical data of 120 hospitalized elderly patients with atrial fibrillation from January 2022 to January 2022 in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively, the patients were divided into two groups according to whether they were weak or not:the weak group(54 cases)and the non-weak group(66 cases). The laboratory indexes[Triglyceride(TG),triglyceride cholesterol(TC),C-reactive protein(CRP),creatinine(Cre),homocysteine(HYC)],activities of daily living(ADL),cognitive function[mini-mental state examination(MMSE)],multiple medication status, nutritional risk(NRS 2002),and the influencing factors of concomitant weakness in elderly hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation were compared between the two groups. Results:There were significant differences in age,CRP,HYC,ADL,MMSE,NRS2002 and multiple medication between the two groups(χ2=8.414,10.694,8.821,4.877,4.877,6.655,7.551;P<0.05).The single factor that affected the senile hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation was evaluated and substituted into the logistic regression analysis.Age≥70 years old,CRP≥10 mg/L,HYC≥6 umol/l,NRS 2002 score≥3 were independent risk factors of atrial fibrillation in elderly hospitalized patients. The scores of ADL≥40 and MMSE≥24 were the protective factors of senile hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with weakness, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,CRP,HYC,ADL,MMSE and NRS 2002 are all the related factors of the senile hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation accompanied with weakness.Clinical care services and strategies should be taken to reduce the risk of frailty.
