Pyeloplasty has a variety of surgical approaches and surgical methods for the operator to choose,but due to the patient's age,body type,lesion side,degree of hydronephrosis,site of obstruction,length of obstruction,and degree of obstruction,the applicable surgical approaches and surgical methods are different.The surgeon can choose the most reasonable surgical approach and surgical method according to the actual situation of the patient and the field of expertise of the surgeon,which is of great significance to reduce the difficulty of surgery,and improve the success rate of surgery.The study will review the current surgical approach and surgical methods of pyeloplasty,and provide some guidance for the preoperative and intraoperative decision-making of the majority of surgeons.
