Effect and Safety Analysis of Bushen Xiezhuo Formula Combined with Hemodialysis Treatment on the Improvement of Renal Function in Chronic Renal Failure
Objective:To observe the effect and safety of Bushen Jiezhuo Formula combined with hemodialysis on the improvement of CRF renal function.Methods:112 patients with CRF admitted to Xuchang Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.Based on random number table method,the enrolled patients were divided into dialysis group(56 cases)and combined group(56 cases),respectively.The dialysis group received routine hemodialysis treatment,and the combined group received Bushenxizhuang prescription combined with hemodialysis treatment.All patients were followed up for six months after treatment.The changes in immune function and renal function indicators before and after treatment between the two groups,as well as the occurrence of adverse events after treatment,were compared.Results:After treatment,the total T cells(CD3+)and T lymphocyte subsets 4(CD4+)in the combined group were higher than those in the dialysis group,and T lymphocyte subsets 8(CD8+)were lower than those in the dialysis group,with statistically significant difference(t=3.571,3.169,4.098;P＜0.05).After treatment,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr)and blood uric acid(UA)in combined group were lower than those in dialysis group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.291,3.650,3.617;P＜0.05).After treatment,the endogenous creatinine clearance rate(CCr)and glomerular filtration rate(GFR)of combined group were higher than those of dialysis group,with statistical significance(t=3.731,3.725;P＜0.05).During the follow-up period,the incidence of adverse events in the combined group was 10.71％,which was slightly higher than that in the dialysis group(8.93％),and the difference was not statistically significant(x2=0.179,P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Bushen Xiezhuo Recipe and hemodialysis treatment of CRF can enhance the patient's immunity and promote the recovery of renal function.This Chinese medicine treatment does not significantly increase the risk of adverse events in patients,with high safety.
