Study on the Application Value of Homogeneous Medical Concept in the Perioperative Period of Uterine Fibroid Removal and its Influence on Mental State
Objective:To observe the application of homogenous medical concept in the perioperative period of uterine fibroid and its impact on the psychological status of patients.Methods:A total of 123 patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy admitted to the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the enrolled patients were divided into observation group(62 cases)and control group(61 cases)by computer randomization method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received perioperative nursing based on the concept of homogeneous medical treatment.The health cognition level,the improvement of mental state and the occurrence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the health knowledge score of observation group was higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(t=3.507,3.193,3.421;P＜0.05).Mental state of observation gruop was louer than conbol group(t=3.232,3.225,3.518;P＜0.05).Postoperative complicadions of observation guoup was lower than control guoup(x2=5.165,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Based on the concept of homogenous medical care,the implementation of new perioperative nursing for patients undergoing uterine fibroid removal can effectively strengthen the health awareness of patients,and has positive significance in improving patients'bad psychology and reducing the risk of postoperative complications.
