Influencing Factors of the Care Ability of the Main Caregivers of Patients with Cerebral Infarction with Dysphagia
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of the care ability of primaiy caregivers for patients with cerebral infarction swallowing disorders,so as to provide reference for the formulation of clinical intervention measures, and improve the care ability of primary caregivers for patients with cerebral infarction swallowing disorders.Methods:83 primary caregivers of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected to evaluate the care ability of all caregivers.Baseline data questionnaire was designed, the baseline data of all patients and primary caregivers in detail was collected, and the FCTI scores of primary caregivers of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia was compared with different data characteristics. The influencing factors of the care ability of the main caregivers of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia were analyzed. Results:FCTI score of the main caregivers of 83 patients with cerebral infarction with dysphagia was(14.53±3.42).FCTI scores of the main caregivers of patients with swallowing disorder in cerebral infarction were significantly different in family per capita monthly income, different caring time,self-efficacy and social support(t=6.335,3.782,5.492,5.114;P<0.05).Through multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that low self-efficacy,short care time, low monthly per capita income of families and low social support were the influencing factors of the care ability of the main caregivers of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia(t=4.989,5.415,2.604,2.972;P<0.05).Conclusion:The main caregivers of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia have low care ability, low self-efficacy,short care time, low monthly per capita income of families and low social support are the influencing factors of the main caregivers'care ability of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia.
