Effect of Standardized Three-stage Rehabilitation Therapy on Cognitive Function of Stroke Patients
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized three-level rehabilitation therapy on stroke patients.Methods:90 patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected from Harbin 242nd Hospital and divided into control group(conventional rehabilitation treatment)and rehabilitation group(standardized three-level rehabilitation treatment)with random number table. The clinical efficacy, neurological and cognitive function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Simple Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)],limb and life ability[Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Method(FMA),Ability of Daily Living Scale(ADL)]were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.939,P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score of the rehabilitation group was lower than that of the control group, and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=12.470,15.318;P<0.05).After treatment,FMA and ADL scores in the rehabilitation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.011,8.516;P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of standardized three-level rehabilitation treatment for stroke patients is accurate, which can promote the improvement of various functions of patients and can be popularized in clinical practice.
