Analysis of Influencing Factors of Stent Restenosis in Patients with PCI and Nursing Countermeasures
Objective:To know the relevant influencing factors of stent restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease, and to develop targeted nursing strategies. Methods:A prospective cohort study was used to conduct a 12 month prospective cohort study on 127 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in the hospital from February 2020 to February 2022.According to the incidence of in stent restenosis in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,they were divided into an occurrence group and a non occurrence group. At the same time,a patient baseline data table was designed, and statistically significant variables were included to construct a logistic regression model. The relevant influencing factors of stent restenosis in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was analyzed.Results:Single-factor analysis showed that the proportion of long-term smoking, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia in patients with coronary heart disease in the occurrence group was higher than that in the non occurrence group, with statistically significant difference(x2=8.825,9.093,15.602;P<0.05).The levels of Hcy and IL-18 in patients with coronary heart disease in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non occurrence group, with statistically significant difference(t=8.930,7.553;P<0.05).After constructing a logistic regression model, the analysis results showed that long-term smoking, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, serum Hcy overexpression, and serum IL-18 overexpression were the influencing factors for stent restenosis in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk of stent restenosis after PCI for coronary heart disease is relatively high.Long term smoking, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, serum HCY overexpression, and serum IL-18 overexpression are influencing factors for stent restenosis in patients with coronaiy heart disease after PCI.Clinical prevention measures should be taken according to the above factors to avoid the risk of intrastent restenosis after PCI.
