Objective:To explore the application effect of focusing on solution mode combined with stepwise psychological care in immunotherapy patients with gastric cancer.Methods:104 gastric cancer patients admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 52 patients in each group.The control group received stepped psychological care,while the observation group received focused solution mode and continued care for 3 months.The treatment compliance,self-efficacy,negative emotions,psychological resilience,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.308,P<0.05).After nursing,GSES scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,and SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(t=9.637,6.135,7.581;P<0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion,ability,spirit,receptivity change and control scores of CD-RISC in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.142,8.584,9.036,6.013,6.561;P<0.05).After nursing,the emotional function,social function,vital vitality,psychological health,mental health,physiological function,physiological function and physical pain scores of SF-36 patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(t=8.077,7.176,6.249,6.206,6.037,6.958,6.339,6.222;P<0.05).Conclusion:Focusing on solution mode combined with stepwise psychological care can alleviate negative emotions,improve self-efficacy and psychological resilience,and improve quality of life.
