Objective:To explore the application effect of precise nursing combined with pain management based on self-determination theory in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:96 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 48 patients in each group. The control group received routine care combined with pain management, while the observation group received precise care based on self-determination theory combined with pain management. The degree of pain, negative emotions, psychological resilience,self-management ability, incidence of complications, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results:After nursing,VAS score of observation group was lower than control group,SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.065,5.478,6.268;P<0.05).After nursing,CD-RISC scores in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.846,7.508,7.196;P<0.05).After nursing,ESCA scores in observation group were higher than those in control group, with statistically significant difference(t=6.974,1.611,7.899,6.262;P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.352,P<0.05).After nursing,GQOLI-74 scores in observation group were higher than those in control group in all dimensions, with statistical significance(t=5.729,7.725,5.592,6.103;P<0.05).Conclusion:Precision nursing combined with pain management based on self-determination theory can alleviate negative emotions, improve psychological resilience,self-management ability, reduce complications, and improve quality of life in patients with primary liver cancer.
