Objective:To investigate the effects of family-centered nursing(FCC)mode on SCL-90 score and medication compliance in patients with stable schizophrenia(SP).Methods:146 patients with stable SP in the hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=73)and control group(n=73).The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group received FCC mode intervention based on the control group.SCL-90 score, medication compliance, rehabilitation effect[Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)],quality of life[SQLS for Schizophrenia patients]and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:One year after discharge,SCL-90 and SQLS scores of test group were lower than those of control group, with statistically significant difference(t=5.706,12.325;P<0.05).The medication compliance rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=9.172,P<0.05).One year after discharge, the positive symptoms, negative symptoms and psychopathological scores of test group were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.089,5.248,5.999;P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.263,P<0.05).Conclusion:FCC mode can improve the psychological state of stable SP patients, improve medication compliance and rehabilitation effect, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
