At present,there is still no expert consensus on the application of spinal cord fusion(SCF)in spinal cord injury repair at home and abroad.The expert group of the Repair and Reconstructive Microsurgery Branch of Guangxi Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Society took the lead in formulating the expert consensus on the application of spinal cord fusion(SCF)in spinal cord injury repair,so as to provide guidance for the neural function reconstruction of paraplegic patients with spinal cord injury.Through literature research,clinical trials and multiple rounds of conference discussions,this consensus systematically expounded the indications and surgical methods of SCF for the first time to realize the rationalized and standardized application of this technology.This consensus provides standardized guidance for clinicians,and promotes the promotion and application of SCF technology in clinical practice.
